These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of T-Unlocks (the "Service"), an IMEI / iCloud unlock and device-checking reseller platform. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Account

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any orders submitted using your credentials.

2. Services

T-Unlocks provides access to third-party IMEI check, unlock, and related device services. Delivery times shown for each service are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on the upstream provider fulfilling the request. Results and turnaround may vary by device, carrier, and service type.

3. Credit, Payments & Refunds

• Orders are paid for using your account credit, which you purchase in advance.
• Prices are set per service and may change at any time; the price at the time you place an order is the price charged.
• Refunds for failed or rejected orders, where applicable, are credited back to your account credit at our discretion, based on the outcome reported by the upstream provider.
• Purchases are non-refundable once converted to account credit, except where required by law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to process devices that are stolen, blacklisted for fraud, or that you do not have the legal right to unlock or check. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity, and to refuse service at our discretion.

5. Account Security

We use bot-protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) to help keep your account secure. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any device used to sign in. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

6. Appeals

If you believe an order was rejected or processed incorrectly, you may submit an appeal with supporting evidence through your order history. Appeal decisions are made at our discretion based on the information provided.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for delays, failures, or losses caused by upstream providers, carriers, manufacturers, or events outside our reasonable control.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or non-payment. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
